When is it coming out?
Journey Together is coming out on March 28, 2025, and it is the 9th set in the Scarlet & Violet series. It will contain 180 cards. At time of writing, pre-orders have already been completed, and you will not be able to find any at a reasonable price. Some are being sold at outrageous prices on platforms like eBay, but we highly recommend not falling into the trap of overpaying for it. Waiting will be your biggest ally in purchasing it at a reasonable price.
At the Pokémon Centre, which is the official Pokémon shop, the pre-order option was released and gone within an hour.
This set will strongly focus on Trainers and their strong bond with their Pokémon, with more than 40 Trainer Pokémon expected to be the big chase cards. However, we will know more once the set is released
What will this set contain?
- More than 15 Pokémon EX cards
- More than 15 Trainer cards
- More than 30 Pokémon and Trainer cards with special illustrations
The ETB from the Pokémon Center will come with 1 full-art foil promo card featuring N’s Zorua with the Pokémon Center logo (see below)
Is it too late to buy it for a fair price?
It’s too late to buy the preorders. Once the set is released, they will announce preorders for the next Pokémon set. I would recommend checking the Pokémon Center website (official Pokémon shop) often. Here’s the link:

In conclusion, this set will be highly sought after and difficult to obtain. However, do not fall for scalpers' prices—be patient and wait until Pokémon releases more.
